Scope of work:
As our Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager, you will drive Operation Excellence and Lean Initiatives throughout the supply chain organization. You will utilize your continuous improvement skills to drive our supply chain organization to an excellent world-class status now, and in the years to come.
Responsibilities:
• Leading supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and projects to support the achievements of KPI goals in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.
• Facilitating continuous improvement efforts throughout the site relating to material / information flows, through collaboration with suppliers and other teams outside the supply chain.
• Driving transformational changes in planning & warehouse management to improve FIFO, freight cost control, and optimize space, human resources etc.
• Managing multiple projects and teams within the Supply Chain organization.
• Creating training materials for employees, utilize tools and develop analysis template and models for supply chain and warehouse planning and management tasks.
• Serving as the Lean subject matter expert for all operations within Supply Chain.
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Supply chain Management, Economics, or Engineering background
• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain functions including Sales planning, Material planning, Production planning,
Purchasing
• Some experience in Logistics & Warehouse management is preferred
• At least 05 years of Managerial experience in manufacturing companies
• 05years of experience in SCM CI, prefer the experience in use of Lean tool, 6 Sigma
• Experience in using operation management tools and methodologies such IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO 45001, Lean Manufacturing and Logistics
