"- Develop and implement the organizations innovation strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, track milestones, and provide regular updates to BOD and stakeholder, ensure timeline management and execution"
"- The Innovation Planning Manager partners directly with Brand Development, Procurement, Quality, and Production, managing new product line launches and re-launches within innovation guidelines
- Manage the end-to-end innovation projects, from concept development to execution. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including R&D teams, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project delivery
-Working closely with the full Supply Chain and R&D teams, the Innovation Planning Manager must develop and execute non-innovation projects that deliver cost savings to the company business"
"- Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with innovation projects
- Drive discussion between cross functional teams on project status, jobs to be done and regular risk management throughout the project
- Allocating product sourcing based on manufacturing capability and capacity assessments

Yêu cầu
Bachelor/ Master Degree
Business Administration, Marketing, Innovation Management, or a related field
" - Min 5-10 years work experience in FMCG Supply Chain with innovation management, new product development, supply planning role
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders"
