Responsibilities:
• Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Coordinate Trucking Activities: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff and drivers, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to shipments and deliveries.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse and trucking operations.
• Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, agents, and vendors.
• Problem Solving: Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the shipping process.
• Customs Clearance: Oversee customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with all import and export regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare and verify necessary documentation for customs clearance, such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Liaison with Customs Authorities: Maintain communication with customs authorities and brokers to ensure smooth and timely clearance of goods.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
Yêu cầu
• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and customs clearance.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Relevant degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics IT systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Trucking delivery & Warehouse operation regulations and procedures.
