Position Description
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will provide leadership in management and optimization of the supply chain planning and be responsible for the management of all supply chain planning activities including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, promotion and new product launch planning for both Consumer Goods and Foodservice in Vietnam & Cambodia.
Role Accountabilities
• Oversee demand forecasting, including monthly updates and analysis, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Analyze historical data and employ forecasting models to develop accurate baseline forecasts.
• Monitor demand forecast accuracy and market intelligence performance to identify improvement areas.
• Manage the New Product Development (NPD) process, particularly supply chain-related tasks.
• Lead pre-DR and DR meetings to ensure effective decision-making.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the forecasting process and support business strategy.
• Coordinate with Fonterra supply chain teams and regional markets for seamless supply planning and execution.
• Manage and supervise planners in Vietnam and Cambodia to ensure uninterrupted supply plans.
• Optimize FG orders and shipments to balance MOQ, cost, and risk considerations.
• Manage SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete), conduct root cause analysis and take corrective and preventive actions to minimize write-offs.
• Efficiently plan internal warehouse transfers to minimize costs.
• Support trade, marketing activities, and promotion programs.
• Lead supply plan and inventory analysis, and manage supply risks and BCP to mitigate business impact.
• Using SAP to create Purchase Orders and manage payment forecast.
• Build Business Continuity Plan for demand & supply flow.
• Define all information systems requirements and manage all master-data and SOPs for supply chain planning information systems.
• Participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the perimeter and adapt the supply chain system and resources for optimal efficiency; drive for continual improvement in terms of cost efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee development.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Planning, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning
• At least 2 years of experience in management positions within a multinational company
• Experience in the FMCG industry, particularly dairy, preferred
• Strong planning and forecasting skills
• Statistical and mathematical background
• Proficiency in inventory management
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
