Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics and Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Team and ensure smooth operations in shipping and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. This role plays a crucial part in our mission to deliver seamless logistics solutions, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Mission:
To facilitate efficient and reliable logistics operations by providing comprehensive support to the Sales Team, ensuring timely coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in executing orders, coordinating with customers and
suppliers to monitor order status.
- Liaise with Quality Control teams at the origin and destination to ensure compliance before loading and after shipment arrival at the customers warehouse.
- Manage the first layer of debt collection efforts.
- Coordinate with local and overseas forwarders to obtain up-to-date freight rate
quotations.
- Generate and maintain daily and weekly reports to track operations and logistics performance.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate reporting of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to the Sales Team as required.
- Administrative Support
 Manage office documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and
operational records.
 Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for the team.
 Maintain updated contact lists for suppliers, customers, and internal
stakeholders.
 Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative activities.
 Provide general support to office operations as needed.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
 3-5 years of relevant experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
 Diploma/Degree in Shipping & Logistics Management or a related field.
 Proficiency in English is mandatory.
 Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
 Confidence, motivation, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
 High attention to detail.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
