Mô tả công việc
Manage and oversee import/export shipments and ensure smooth customer service and documentation processes.
Liaise with carriers (sea/air), consolidators, and overseas agents to provide comprehensive services.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
Negotiate and communicate effectively to ensure quality service.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (buyers and suppliers) to generate additional business opportunities.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for both customer acquisition and service expansion.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ETC.).
Strong customer service skills and a high sense of responsibility.
Sales acumen and proven ability to generate and manage business leads.
Excellent command of English (oral and written).
Experience working with Korean companies is a strong advantage.
Ability to work under pressure, maintain teamwork spirit, and manage priorities effectively.
University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Economics.
