Mô tả công việc
YOUR MISSION: To develop suppliers expertise to produce best quality of upper shoe materials with low cost & short lead-time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Supply:
• Define and manage supply performance targets in upper/leather scope (T/O, L/T, [protected info]).
• Drive supply autonomy and improve cpt suppliers performance sustainably.
• Implement supply monitoring tools and follow up action plans in a timely manner.
• Manage component forecast, book capacity and anticipate the production planning.
• Optimize component stocks in FG/CPT suppliers.
• Anticipate supply risk and proactively involve problem-solving (local & overseas).
• Ensure and monitor component order through internal order management system(between T1 and T2).
• Develop supply competencies of your suppliers team and optimize their supply chain flow (Connect Tier 1/Tier 2).
• Be a strong player of key projects in footwear (Localization, Green transition).
2/ Supplier management:
• Take the lead to manage full value chain of key component process (Raw material, capacity, stocks, supplier risk [protected info]).
3/ Price management:
• Take the lead seasonal component price negotiation to provide fair price for your supplier scope.
• Be responsible to manage and drive our supplier price performance and optimize material cost.
Yêu cầu
• Have minimum 3-5 years experience in supply, and experience in component & finished goods production is a big advantage.
• Be ready to make decisions and responsible for your decisions.
• Have leadership & supplier management skills.
• Be a motivational communicator & a good negotiator.
• Have experience in project management.
• Be good at communication in English, Vietnamese & Chinese is a plus.
• Be passionate about sports.
• Used to work in international environment.
• Open-minded, proactive, dare to change and challenge his/herself.
• Good at problem-solving.
