Mô tả công việc
The key job scopes are:
1. Lease Documentation & Administration:
o Maintain a well-organized filing system (both electronic and physical) for leases, tenant agreements, and associated documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
o Consolidate and update leasing reports; ensure master leasing files are accurate and up to date.
o Coordinate the signing of OTL /Lease agreements and renewals, ensuring all documentation is correctly executed.
2. System Updates & Data Management:
o Input, update, and maintain lease data in the companys property management system.
o Track and monitor key lease dates (e.g., lease expirations, renewals, rent increases) and notice relevant departments in advance of important timelines ( Update Term Sheet, Handover Condition, Handover date...)
3. Support for Leasing Team:
o Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including scheduling meetings, property tours, lease signings, and site visits.
o Assist the leasing team with property marketing materials to attract potential tenants.
o Coordinate and manage leasing team events or activities related to tenant acquisition.
o Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling incoming inquiries from clients, vendors, or other departments.
o Assist with addressing and resolving tenant issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.
o Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
