*This position will be mainly based in our temporary training facility at Eastern International University (Binh Duong) and requires frequent travelling to our future factory in VSIP3, Tan Uyen (Binh Duong). Relocation to our factory is expected from early 2025. Transportation will be provided from HCMC, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong.
Core responsibilities
• Based on specific circumstances, carry out incoming material inspection and NC handling activities to ensure effectiveness & efficiency
• Tùy theo trường hợp, thực hiện kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu đầu vào và các hoạt động xử lý sự không phù hợp để đảm bảo hiệu quả & hiệu suất
• Support production with fast containment of supplier problems
• Hỗ trợ BP sản xuất nhanh chóng ngăn chặn các lỗi phát sinh từ nhà cung cấp
• Request suspicious materials isolation and give disposition according to non conforming Material procedure
• Yêu cầu cách ly nguyên vật liệu đáng ngờ và xử lý theo quy trình không phù hợp
• Record complaints of internal and external suppliers in NCMS system including quality issues, FSC issues etc. when requested
• Lưu trữ các khiếu nại liên quan đến nhà cung cấp nội bộ và bên ngoài vào hệ thống NCMS bao gồm các lỗi về chất lượng, FSC, v.v. khi được yêu cầu
• Actively handling claims with suppliers and set up corrective actions for follow-up
• Chủ động xử lý & theo dõi các khiếu nại với nhà cung cấp cũng như thiết lập hành động khắc phục - phòng ngừa hiệu quả
• Support Test coordination and implement VQG within the Team
• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động thử nghiệm và triển khai tiêu chuẩn ngoại quan đến các bên liên quan
• Support in Novelty introduction projects and secure material performance
• Hỗ trợ các dự án phát triển sản phẩm mới & đảm bảo chất lượng của nguyên vật liệu
• Support Supplier Confidentiality line audit when requested
• Hỗ trợ đánh giá tính bảo mật của nhà cung cấp trên chuyền khi được yêu cầu
• Drive SQI team data collection and analysis for continuous improvement
• Thúc đẩy việc thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu của nhóm " quản lý chất lượng nhà cung cấp toàn cầu " để cải tiến liên tục
• In specific circumstances, onsite present at supplier site for verification / troubleshooting
• Tùy theo trường hợp, có mặt trực tiếp tại nhà cung cấp để thẩm tra / giải quyết sự cố
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager

General responsibilities involved with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality:
• Report any kind of incident occurred in Plant, immediately to the responsible authorities. (For example: Immediate supervisor, EHS area, etc.)
• Báo cáo ngay lập tức mọi sự cố xảy ra trong nhà máy đến các bộ phận có thẩm quyền. (Ví dụ: Giám sát viên trực tiếp, khu vực EHS, v.v.)
• Follow established guidelines according to the policies for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality governed within the LEGO Group
• Tuân thủ theo các hướng dẫn thuộc chính sách về An toàn, Sức khỏe, Môi trường và Chất lượng của Tập đoàn LEGO
• Actively participate in activities related to the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training, drills, programs, etc.)
• Tích cực tham gia vào các hoạt động liên quan đến An toàn, Sức khỏe, Môi trường và Chất lượng trong nhà máy. (Ví dụ: Đào tạo, diễn tập, chương trình liên quan, v.v.)
• Comply with the guidelines established in the processes in Global and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, FSC and IMS
• Tuân thủ các hướng dẫn được thiết lập theo cả 2 cách: toàn cầu và địa phương hóa để đáp ứng các yêu cầu của OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, FSC và IMS
• Deliver on time and schedule the established processes and procedures related to the environmental care, including the correct waste handling and recycling, as well as the correct use of all resources like water and electricity, report any missing material for achieving this processes in the right form, also participate with any continuous improvement ideas focused on the environmental care.
• Hoàn thành đúng hạn và lên kế hoạch cho các quy trình cũng như hoạt động liên quan đến việc bảo vệ môi trường; bao gồm xử lý và tái chế chất thải đúng cách, cũng như sử dụng đúng tất cả các nguồn tài nguyên như nước và điện. Đồng thời, tham gia vào các ý tưởng cải tiến liên tục liên quan đến việc bảo vệ môi trường.
Yêu cầu
Do you have what it takes?
• Degree in Vocational School, College or University education preferred.
• Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp cao đẳng nghề, cao đẳng hoặc đại học.
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality management.
• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Quản lý chất lượng.
• Prefer candidates who have experience in materials, packaging technology, paper, plastics,...
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về kỹ thuật nguyên vật liệu, công nghệ đóng gói, giấy, nhựa,...
• Can read and write in English.
• Có thể đọc và viết bằng Tiếng Anh.
