Mô tả công việc
* General purpose of the position:
- The job-holder will be responsible for analyzing business problems to be solved with IT applications. (S)/he will actively support all aspects of projects from identifying the business needs, gathering and documenting the business requirements through the development, testing and implementation of software.
* Key duties and responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders across the hospital, including all levels of business roles to analyze business needs, support the business initiatives from an ICT perspective.
- Prepare analysis documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, impact analysis, technical solutions and configuration specifications.
- Facilitate cross-functional team communication and meetings, including design and planning meetings.
- Assist with supporting issues, ensuring effective reporting, delivering projects, and identifying ideas for process improvements.
- Constantly look out for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the users.
- Collaborate, build and maintain effective rapport with stakeholders to obtain results through influence and collaboration and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Document software and processes.
- Provide HIS support and other ICT support and maintenance as required.
- Other tasks as required by the department.
Yêu cầu
* Qualification: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Experience: 2-5 years experience in a business analysis role, preferably in multicultural environment. Experience in Analyzing requirements, working with business to conceptualize Business Intelligence needs and define IT solutions
* Skills and knowledge:
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Advanced software programming skills
- Data Management & Analysis
- IT Platform Knowledge
- Project Management and IT Service Management
- Strong analytical capability, especially as it pertains to business processes
- Self-directed and able to meet deadlines
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving problems
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements
- Ability to work independently and team-player
* Foreign language(s): English, speaking and writing fluently
