Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations Management
• Oversee all aspects of the recovery centres day-to-day operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of the facility, guaranteeing a premium experience for clients.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high operational standards.
• Monitor and replenish inventory, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Revenue and Growth Leadership
• Drive revenue growth by selling recovery packages, products, and memberships.
• Identify and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, gyms, and sports organizations to increase brand visibility.
Marketing and Customer Engagement
• Lead online and offline marketing efforts to grow visitation numbers.
• Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and collaborations.
• Actively engage with customers, answering queries and addressing concerns across online and offline channels.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention
• Build and nurture client relationships by being approachable and attentive to their needs.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve services and experience.
