Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Nurse to lead our nursing team at Regen3tics. The Head Nurse will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient care, implementing regenerative treatment protocols, and supporting the growth and development of our clinical staff. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for regenerative medicine and a commitment to quality healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
• Supervise, mentor, and support the nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Coordinate staff schedules, oversee daily operations, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, learning, and professional growth.
2. Patient Assessment and Care Coordination:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient health and eligibility for regenerative treatments.
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and specialists.
• Ensure proper administration and monitoring of regenerative therapies, maintaining patient safety and adherence to protocols.
3. Treatment and Procedure Management:
• Oversee the preparation and administration of medications, injections, and regenerative procedures such as stem cell and PRP therapy.
• Monitor patient responses during and after treatments, providing timely care and interventions when necessary.
• Ensure that all procedures are performed following clinic standards and safety protocols.
4. Patient Education and Communication:
• Educate patients and families about regenerative treatments, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
• Serve as a primary contact for patients, addressing concerns and providing guidance throughout their treatment journey.
5. Clinical Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in documentation and reporting.
6. Training and Development:
• Mentor and train junior nursing staff and new hires, ensuring they are proficient in clinic protocols and regenerative medicine procedures.
• Facilitate continuing education sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on advancements in regenerative medicine.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN); advanced degrees are preferred.
• Valid nursing license.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in regenerative medicine, genetics, or related fields is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• English Proficiency: Proficient in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
