Job Summary
Responsible for building & maintaining internal database through post - sales evaluation, sales strategies and policies analysis and actively contribute to the sales strategy to improve sales performance and achieve sales target.
Key Responsibilities
In - depth post - sales evaluation of previous launches thanks to the assistance of Deputy Manager to withdraw lesson learnt for future launches;
Contribute to complete the price list for new products and in - depth analysis to recommend sales policies for upcoming launches;
Maintain and update database;
Complete frequent update reports related to market update, internal progress update and design development update and report to Deputy Manager;
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company;
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Competencies Required
At least 2 years experience in market research/market analyst at real estate agency, developed company
Priority candidates who used to work in Real Estate foreign agencies
Need to have a good network to collect data, consolidate, and verify the information to produce a market report when requested
Must have good experience in analysis and consultancy,
Must have good report writing and presentation skills
Proficiency in English
Skills & Abilities
Should have detail-oriented and logical characteristics with open mindset
Able to communicate with all levels of the management, energetic, assertive and able to achieve bottom line result
