Mô tả công việc
- Arrange all facilities and welcome preparation for visitors/ customers as assigned by Management.
- Manage all administration contracts related to rental building, warehouse and welfare services.
- Manage transport facilities to ensure all the vehicles reach the office premises on the given time
- Manage the entire security functions in the business premises to ensure high-level of safety.
- Manage the visa, airline ticket, hotel booking for visitors/ customers/ employees.
- Coordinate with HR Team in Employee Engagement Programs.
- Ensure Cleaning service/ Security service/ Canteen service/ Employee Accommodation services/ Gardening services are on a set schedule & carry out cleaning tasks regularly as company standards.
- Ensure the compliance of all activities related to waste management system (including domestic, non-hazardous, and hazardous wastes) according to local environment laws, and sustainability strategy of business.
- Drive for sustainable working environment through daily administration activities (such as eliminate plastic, poly bags, and plan more trees, etc.).
- Manage the canteen pertinently with no oversights.
- Handle payments for services related to administration functions, and budgeting process.
- Lead Administration Team to ensure achieving the daily work requirement.
- Manage and develop team to improve their capabilities and achieve departmental KPI.
- 5S implementation & maintain.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills
