Mô tả công việc
• Follow up the order plan and oversee the general order status.
• Review the production plan and ensure the completion of the orders on time.
• Analysis of Teck Pack to understand buyers request and coordinate with Print/ Embroidery/ Dyeing suppliers to ensure completion of quality development samples and address desired manufacturability.
• Prepare the document to make purchase order materials/ accessories/ Line Review/ Trim Length and register ERP timely for production.
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional team: TD, CAD, Material. and Product Management teams for details to drive the development, sampling, etc of assigned products.
• Ensure all development samples (prototypes. Re-samples) and production samples (Pre-production/ FPP sample, AD/ Gifting sample and TOP/ Inline sample) are produced accurately and are shipped on time.
• Prepare inspection documents (OTRF), and work with a third party quality assurance company to achieve test reports for shipment on time. And solve all problems related to failure as well.
• Communicate with Buyer & Supplier & Factory to solve all matters from development until shipment: sample Construction, Packing, Labels. etc.
Yêu cầu
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Ready to accept to learn and cooperate with multiple teams from production teams, customers & outside partners
- Good attitude to work together as teamwork
- Speaking, writing, reading: good at least in English or Korean
