Mô tả công việc
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial / Vessels Operator position located in Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to commercial and vessel operations.
- Post fixture, Spot, TCT for dry bulk.
- Commercial management, chartering and operations, shipping agent, port operations.
- Organizing and managing transportation including voyage order, supply schedule, loading/discharging instructions, solving the claims or dispute.
- Calculation freight, estimated voyage (time/distance), in order to obtain TCE and researching rate market to determine the charter method: time charter, voyage charter, COA, commercial managements.
- To arrange everything to accomplish a voyage such as the appointment of the shipping agent, bunker replenishment, weather routing appointment etc
- To issue voyage instruction to vessel master in accordance to the governing CP
- To check all shipping documents such as pre-stowage plan, B/L
- Handling freight invoice, demurrage/despatch , hire payment and port disbursement accounts and so on
- Communication with vessels masters, owners/charterers or brokers, ports agent
- Monitoring the vessels movement and performance and report to related parties
- In any dispute against counterparty such as cargo damage or shortage, lay-time, underperformance and so on, to communicate for a settlement based on charter party
- Clerical work such as filing shipping documents, entering voyage data into business applications.
Yêu cầu
- 2 years experience in commercial and vessel operations and shipping
- Knowledge of the shipping industry and logistics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for marketing and vessel operations
Benefits:
- Starting Salary: USD 800 - 2,000/month

- Annual company trip & team building: after 1 year of employment
- 13th month salary: after 1 year of employment
- Probation period salary: get 80% of base salary
- Social insurance contribution base Salary: VND/month x 11.5%, includes
10.5% for Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance & 1% Union dues.
