Mô tả công việc
• Style Information Management: Receive style information from RU, including quantity, photos, actual OS, and ETA (when available). Verify details through PLM, office samples, and other correspondence.
• Cost Inquiries: Send inquiries to suppliers, requesting updates to the Cost Sheet in Amber Road after comparing their prices with standard pricing.
• Cost Monitoring: Monitor the Cost Sheet created by suppliers in Amber Road and collaborate with the Head Office team to finalize quoted prices.
• Order Confirmation Handling: Receive Order Confirmations from the Head Office and ensure accuracy in processing.
• Capacity and Lead Time Check: Coordinate with Sourcing-Merchandise Manager to allocate capacity and lead times based on the Sourcing Calendar maintained by the Head Office.
• Order Processing: Dispatch orders to suppliers for confirmation, issue Sales Confirmation and Addendums signed by suppliers, and monitor the approval process of SC/Addendums.
• Database Management: Update and maintain the database and Amber Road system with information related to orders.
• Documentation Preparation: Upon shipment of styles, prepare necessary documents (ACT and Add) for suppliers and the Head Office for confirmation, and update payment documents for the Finance team.
• Supplier Sourcing: Identify and source new suppliers to broaden the supply base.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to address order-related issues effectively.
• Additional Duties: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department and General
Yêu cầu
• University graduation, related to Garment and Textile is an advantage
• With minimum 1 years experience in Garment Manufacturing.
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Management & Leadership skills.
• With planning experience.
• With experience in 5S.
• With strong initiative to learn new things and a Team player.
• Computer literate with advance knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PLM.
