* MAIN BUSINESS
- Network Expansion: Actively seek out, evaluate, and expand the Trung Sơn Pharmacy network in promising locations.
- Real Estate Management: Efficiently manage the companys real estate assets, including renewal, and resolution of any arising issues.
- Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan for network expansion, ensuring alignment with the companys overall business objectives.
* RESPONSIBILITES
- Market Research: Analyze the pharmaceutical market, consumer trends, and competition in target areas.
- Site Selection and Evaluation: Identify potential locations for new pharmacies based on factors such as population, density, accessibility, and growth potential.
- Negotiation and Contract Execution: Negotiate with landlords and real estate agents to secure the best possible lease terms. Draft, review, and execute lease agreements in compliance with legal regulations.
- New Pharmacy Project Management: Plan and manage the entire process of opening new pharmacies, from design and construction to equipment installation and staffing.
- Asset Management: Address any real estate-related issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on departmental activities, performance, and ongoing projects. Provide information and reports to management regarding opportunities and challenges in network expansion.

Yêu cầu
* Education
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
* Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail industry.
- Proven track record in site selection, negotiation, and lease agreement execution.
- Experience in project management and independent work
* Foreign language
- Basic English communication
- Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
* Skills
- Technical Skills: Market analysis, property valuation, negotiation, project management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
* Personal Qualities
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Demonstrates high levels of responsibility, proactivity, and creativity.
