Responsible for system analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging for the Adaptive Coder
product
- Commitment to collaboration and continued growth and development is key to operating effectively
on the team
- Lead daily support and maintenance of the Adaptive Coder product, and proactively seek long-term
improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
- Establish an overall architecture vision for the domain and ensure specific components are
appropriately designed and leveraged
- Provide detailed design and documentation of each component of the solution
- Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers to develop user-friendly and
responsive web applications.
- Develop maintainable, scalable, and high-efficient source code that meets business requirements
and best practices. Coach and review other team members’ codes to ensure best practices are
followed.
- Identify complexities and break those into reusable components for the team.
- Guide the team in anticipating future use cases and helps them make design decisions that
minimize the cost of future changes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in frontend technologies and sharing your
knowledge with the team.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong hands-on coding skills and embrace Domain-Driven Design
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a lean-agile way
At least 4+ years of experience in frontend development
Experience with Vue.js
Strong Experience with Github & Source Control Systems
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with modern web technologies and tools such as Webpack, npm, and Babel.
Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers is a plus.
Good knowledge of AWS (S3, EC2, Beanstalk) is a big plus
