We are looking for an IT Development Lead who can manage, coordinate business and technical projects through all phases of professional project Lead: initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitor & Control and Close. You shall work with dynamic, professional, and strong core values organization.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure project progress, meet quality and work performance.
System architecture design, performance optimization, and scalability for web applications.
Database management, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the system.
Build and maintain data models to meet business requirements.
Plan, divide work, and manage project progress, ensure deadlines and product quality.
Ensure the continuous development of the technical team through mentoring, code review and internal training sessions.
Participate in the hiring process to build and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Ensure implementation of best practices for application security and data compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the web applications.
Improve team productivity and mentor through coaching, facilitation, and regular 1:1s.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


What we are looking for
Required skills:

3-4+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in either backend or frontend development.
Proven technical leadership skills, including hands-on experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra), caching technologies (e.g., Redis, Memcached) and search engine (e.g., Elasticsearch).
Strong experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Experience with PHP (Symfony, Ec-cube, Laravel), Nodejs (Express, KoaJs) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
