General purpose of the position:

The senior HIS Analyst will provide support to HIS end-users with high complex issues and acts as a subject matter expert in the LIS. He will also be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining multiple applications across the hospital together with administering the database to meet the hospital’s business needs.
Key duties and responsibilities/ Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm chính:
HIS support, troubleshooting, training
Ensure the stability and reliability of Orion system: administer the deployment, monitor, maintenance, security, upgrades, and support of Orion system.
Proactively identifies performance issues of Orion and prompt resolution
Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of Orion problem, and designing solutions to issues.
Software development
Analyze information needs and functional requirements to develop applications using technical system capabilities and the available standard routines and software tools
Install software into clients’ system & train staff on how to use software and provide ongoing support
LAB support
Be responsible for maintenance, modification and daily operations of existing laboratory information systems (hardware and software)
Coordinate with the laboratory for implementations, software and hardware maintenance (upgrades and patches) on server, comprehensive testing, documenting systems supported, logging and resolving support calls, …
SQL DBA and Email server administration
Be responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft Exchange architecture as well as supporting common email applications
Be responsible for performing daily SQL database administration duties to ensure maximum data availability and optimal database performance; proactively monitoring database conditions to resolve potential troubles
ICT helpdesk
Support ICT Department in maintaining and managing computer hardware, software and network system.
Perform on-site analyze, diagnosis, and resolution of complex server, storage, telecommunication and network problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware and software solutions, including off-site repair.
Analyze and identify trends in issue; reporting and devising preventive solutions.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Qualification
/ Trình độ chuyên môn: Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience
/ Kinh nghiệm: 3 years + in ICT Officer in multicultural environment, preferably healthcare environment
Skills and knowledge
/ Kiến thức và kỹ năng:
Good at MS Office
Advanced software programming/network skill
Good problem solving skill
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Foreign language(s)
/ Ngoại ngữ:
English, speaking and writing fluently
