Mô tả công việc


Explore and thoroughly understand the company s technological products.
Conduct research on the potential of new solutions or pain points of customers.
Serve as the main contact point for customer care during the pre-sales phase.
Externally, work with customers to elicit and collect their pain points and requirements.
Internally, work with the solution board and development team to design solutions, provide quotations, and prepare necessary documents.
Deliver solutions to customers using various methods such as presentations or demos.
Undertake other tasks as required by direct management.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Experience in Presales, account management, marketing or customer success in the IT sector.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze information.
Strong presentation & articulation skills, to convey complex issues in a precise and accessible manner.
Attention to detail & ability to create pre-sales documents, proficient in powerpoint skills & draw mock-ups.
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
Preferred skills and qualifications: Engagement/Loyalty Marketing, AI, Ecommerce, FMCG, Retails, Banking & Finance
