Business Analyst (BA)
with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing startup. In this role, you will work closely with our technical and business teams to help identify needs, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering
: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and technical requirements for projects and products.
Process Mapping
: Assist in analyzing and mapping business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Solution Coordination
: Work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and objectives.
Documentation
: Create clear and concise documentation, including use cases, process flows, and functional requirements.
Testing Support
: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by helping validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
Data Analysis
: Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making.
Communication
: Act as a point of contact between business and technical teams to facilitate smooth collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
:
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Technical Skills
:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, system integration, or logistics (WMS/OMS) is a plus.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL for data analysis.
Analytical Skills
:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Communication Skills
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Soft Skills
:
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Team player with a proactive and self-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
Familiarity with process modeling tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
