Mô tả công việc


We are looking for a
talented BrSE – Bridge System Engineer (All Level) to join
our rapidly growing teams in various projects. Your key responsibilities are:
Analyze requirements, and discuss with the technical team to propose solutions/estimations to customers.
Be responsible for all project requirements on the Vietnam side and help the development team to clarify if any are unclear.
Communicate with customers via phone, and web meetings, and discuss questions/issues via the ticket system on all project-related matters.
Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor, control the project and report project status/progress to the customer daily/weekly.
Translate detailed design, and test cases from Japanese to English or vice versa.
Join the final test to make sure the delivery matches customer expectations.
Work onsite in Japan if a project is required.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related subject;
Japanese level N2
or above and good communication skills;
At least 3 years of experience working as BrSE position for an offshore company and understanding the Japanese working style;
Have negotiation skills to deal with customers on issues related to work content, quality, schedule etc;
Understand software development process and outsourcing;
Be able to read & understand technical specifications in the English language is a plus.
