As a Senior IT Supervisor, youre responsible for overseeing and managing various IT operations, including ensuring the smooth functioning of the ERP system, particularly Business Central, by troubleshooting issues, adhering to SLAs, and updating documentation. You also play a crucial role in IT operations management, handling tasks like budget planning, infrastructure management, and Office 365 support.
Scope of Responsibilities
1. ERP Maintenance & Support (50%) - Business Central
Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate requests.
Work to achieve SLA targets.
Adherence to standard tools, processes, and practices as defined.
Review, update and create documentation.
Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of
obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications.
A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
Liaise with other departments and end users to successfully deliver services.
2. IT Operation Management (30%)
Planning & controlling of IT budget.
Infrastructure operations: Physical and Virtual Servers, Core network, Security
applications, ServiceDesk team.
Office 365 apps training (Power BI, Business Central...) & support business departments.
IT SOP development & applied automation.
IT BCP development and maintenance of IT service management system
Security applications management to comply with Group government
3. Report & Dashboard Maintenance (20%)
Manage user access to ERP Business Central Report
Manage user access to Power BI & Dashboard Report
Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate request related to existing reports
Work to achieve SLA targets.
Adherence to standard tools, processes, and practices as defined.
Review, update and create documentation.
Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of
obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications.
A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
Liaise with other departments and end users to successfully deliver services.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Have at least 2 years experience working in a similar function, especially ERP
(Microsoft Business Central) support functions.
Needs a thorough understanding of all functions of a trading corporation (planning, sales & marketing, supply chain, logistics, finance).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
