Mô tả Công việc
Maintenance and Support Ecommerce Platform.
Setup & configure system for new features.
Monitor application and provide bug-bug fixing support.
Supporting end user regarding to system/platform issues.
Prepare documentation & training to end user.
Participate in testing and handover processes to end user.
Co-ordinate and support for IT requisition from other Departments.
Collaborate with Dev team, Ecom team to build up system documentation like systems flow, SRS.
Analyze business requirements and identify necessary for system implementation.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/ manager.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors degree in IT or related field preferred.
1 years experience in
IT support
/implementation.
Experience with Ecommerce platform support.
Experience with Omi channel systems, Magento platform is a plus.
Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through.
Experience with Retail/FnB system (POS/web/app) is a plus.
