Mô tả công việc
Job Description:
1.Establish and improve financial management system and related workflow, prepare financial statements, accurately reflect accounting information;
2.Take overall responsibility of the company general ledger at month-end/year-end, make sure general ledge complete on time and accurately;
3.Organize the binding and sorting of monthly accounting materials, take charge of the custody of accounting files, vouchers and statements, establish and improve the relevant files, materials and documents system;
4.Collect information for tax analysis, and put forward reasonable suggestions to prevent tax risks; In charge of external communication with local tax authority regarding all kinds of inquires;
According to the business of the company, maximize the use of tax preferential policies, strive for maximum tax benefits;
5.To supervise and inspect the accounting treatment of relevant transactions and the scope of expenses listed in accordance with the tax law;
6.Make monthly profit and loss analysis and expense execution analysis, and provide financial data to general manager on a monthly basis;
7.Participate in the companys investment and financing behavior, important business activities and other aspects of the decision and financial support; Liaison with banks and other external agencies;
8.Responsible for statutory audit, annual report, and yearly local statutory tax filling;
9.Monitor, guide, motivate and provide advice/support to the team in performing their job;
10.To take up any additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
Yêu cầu
1.Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting or finance, holding intermediate accountant certificate, certified accountant qualification is preferred;
2. Have 5-8 years of work experience in financial management, and more than 3 years of experience in global logistics, supply chain industry;
3.Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, accounting computerization, relevant laws and regulations;
4.Excellent financial analysis, financing and capital management skills; good organization, coordination skills, good expression skills and teamwork spirit;
5.Detailoriented,strong responsibilities and high-pressure resistance skills,good communication and coordination skills.
- Good at Chinese or English.
