Mô tả công việc
Reporting: Weekly report to General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage: Oversee the Operation Team, delegating and monitoring tasks related to reservations, customer support, and other operational functions.
Quality assurance: Manage service quality by implementing effective control measures for service provision, contracts, and service databases.
Destination expertise: Develop strategic partnerships with local suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and ensure reliable, proactive customer service throughout the long-term project. By leveraging local expertise and optimizing trip logistics, we can minimize overall expenses and ensure a successful outcome.
Customer service escalation: Participate in resolving service hiccups and customer complaints. Investigate thoroughly and provide actionable feedback to the Sales Department.
Human Resources management: Oversee all human resource functions within the Operation Department, including recruitment, training, career development, compensation, retention, performance assessments, etc.
Yêu cầu
You are already an inbound experienced Tour Operation, with solid destination knowledge within Vietnam and Indochina (3 years of experience at least)
You are a passionate traveller yourself who is curious about hidden gems within destinations.
You are confident in communicating ideas and working collaboratively in a small team but equally at home holding a call with international guests and agents.
