Main responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes meet Halal standards.
Create menus that cater to Muslim guests and dietary requirements.
Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with Halal regulations.
Oversee ingredient management, ensuring all products meet Halal standards, and manage inventory.
Ensure food safety and hygiene in line with international and Islamic regulations.
Yêu cầu
Main requirements:
Halal certification with at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar/ higher position.
Solid knowledge in Halal menu design.
Strong leadership skills, the ability to train staff, and a solid understanding of Halal standards.
Experience in 5-star hotels, resorts, or fine dining preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Prefer to have working experience in CIS/GCC countries.
