Mô tả công việc
- Manage all F&B in-house marketing collaterals, including banners on screens, Saba· Communicate and interact on daily basis with guests and promote on-site all resand chefs profiles through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Manage, update, and coordinate the yearly R&B plan, Execute marketing actCoordinates all requirements for R&B menus, including menu editing, translation, pr· Must also ensure that all physical menus in the outlets are adhering to InterCtogether with the Marketing team all food and beverage photography and videograp· Communicate directly with guests to promote all R&B outlets. Be a connection bethe team in managing guest experience on-site.
- Use guest feedback to suggest new trends and preferences to the culinary and ftrends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and grow· Analyze guest feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement an· Prepare and present reports to senior management based on pre-determined reqincluding those of confidential nature for the operations and administrative function· Liaise with all other outlets (including F&B Admin, accounting,
purchasing
, frontWhen and if necessary, handles all reservations for outlets and acts as central reserv· Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to tim· Well organize and manage paperwork process for KOLs hosting, photo/video shootforms, etc. (if the project is for F&B).

Yêu cầu
- Education: Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Service years in the field: 1 year+ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Hospitality,
- Customer Service field.
* Knowledge and skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tasks and Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company
- Have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and courtesy.
- Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
- Capable of multiple tasking and prioritizing and allocates resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments on a daily basis.
