Our products on iOS App Store and Android include Camera Translator: Translate+, Face Story - AI Photo Editor, and TV Cast & Screen Mirroring. As an AI Leader in our team, you will:
Provide technical leadership to a team of AI engineers, setting direction and driving innovation.
Cultivate a strong culture that is aligned with company core values.
Set clear goals for the team and evaluate performance against these goals to ensure continuous improvement.
Architect scalable AI architecture, infrastructures and application stacks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI solutions.
Research various AI services/models to propose potential solutions to solve different business requirements.
Build in-house AI solutions from scratch to solve unique business challenges.
Apply pre-existing AI models and optimize them to solve specific problems effectively.
Conduct thorough evaluations of different AI/LLM models to determine their suitability for business needs.
Convert well-known models to API services for internal and product use.
Set up, manage, and improve AI product infrastructure to support scalability and performance.
Yêu cầu
Job requirement:
At least 4 years of experience in high-level architecture design and solution development for large-scale AI/ML systems.
Experience leading a team of AI engineers, setting goals, and driving performance.
Experience with AI/LLM research tools and frameworks, including evaluating, applying, and fine-tuning pre-trained models (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, etc.).
Experience in developing and deploying APIs for AI models (e.g., using Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence algorithms, statistics, and probability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to evaluate and compare AI/LLM models for business suitability.
Ability to lead strategic discussions and align AI initiatives with business goals.
Strong mentoring skills to guide team members and foster growth.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure balanced workloads within the team.
Skills in conflict resolution and handling interpersonal challenges to maintain a productive team environment.
Experience in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
