POSITION SUMMARY
• The Ecommerce Media & Social Commerce is responsible for social commerce on TiktokShop, performance marketing for media Onsite & Offsite and Consumer Engagement Services (CES) & Supply Chain Quality Assurance (QASC) Management related to eCommerce & Social Commerce.
• She/he has to ensure the efficient implementation of planning and execution of marketing activities, eContent Development (Basic & Advanced), Tiktok Shop assortments managment
A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
• Social Commerce on TikTokShop - plan & execute, cordinating with BU representatives:
- Marketing activities: UCG content, livestreams, TikTok videos, affiliate marketing (influencer plan)
- eContent Development (Basic & Advanced): meet Global Guideline & TikTok platform requirements
- TikTok Shop assortments management: monthly planning & listing, optimizing availability, affordability, visibility, placement, and promotions
• Performance Marketing for media Onsite & Offsite:
- Planning: strategy supporting annual socom & ecom ambition, monthly and campaign-specific plans
- Execution: include but not limited to Facebook CPAS/ Google Shopping Ads/ eRetailer Marketing Solutions, onsite Search, TikTok LAS, VSA, PSA
- Governance: camapaign analysis, monthly & quarterly reports, test & learn agenda, insights sharing, agency performance, budget management, payment and billing process, data collection & mapping for mROI,...
• Consumer Engagement Services (CES) & Supply Chain Quality Assurance (QASC) Management related to eCommerce & Social Commerce
Yêu cầu
• Demonstrated experience of campaign management & merchandize or campaign marketing (advertising/ digital agency...) experience in eCommerce or Social commerce
• Has experience in developing & executing campaigns / merchandize (related to FMCG products is a plus)
• Demonstrated solid understanding of eRetail/ Omni-channel marketing/ business
• Has strong media experience / BBNW / key digital platforms principles is a plus
