Sourcing and purchasing goods and services to meet business requirements with the best price, payment term, delivery term, and other terms comply with company policies and procedures
Sourcing and purchasing goods and services complying with brand standards, company policies and procedures at the best price and terms (payment, delivery, sponsor,..).
Understand the overall process of supply chain dept and nature of each brand under the F&B Group to propose a suitable source of supply.
Proactive and flexible source to propose alternative sources and backup sources of supply for the best cost , terms and safety supply chain.
Closely work with R&D in developing new menu items or any ideas for alternative/backup materials to improve the COGs of the brand.
Negotiating contracts, prices and terms of business with suppliers and reviewing opportunities for reduction cost and improving supply chain process.
Preparing and processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures.
Working with forwarder to do customs clearance of the imported goods applied for overseas suppliers.
Monthly Report: Price Trend, COGs Report, Spend analysis, contract management, supplier management, supplier evaluation,...
Infentify process improvement opportunities to deliver value and reduce cost in the procurement process.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers to leverage the opportunities of cost reduction and service efficiency.
Evalue vendor performance to propose recommendations for future business deadlings.
Explore alternative sources for goods, services, materials, ...
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate in Economics, Foreign Trade, and Business Management.
Preferred candidates have experience in procuring raw materials, packaging, equipment.
Experience with ERP (SAP) would be preferred.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Good English skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-improvement, self-motivation, integrity, independence, and can work under high pressure.
Good command of PC skills including advanced Word, Excel skills, Power Point,..
