BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Support the department head in developing a brand promotion strategy.
Detail the Marketing strategies into specific Marketing plans by quarter, by month, by campaign, by project.
Work with professional groups (Digital, PR, BTL, Trade, Customercare) and related departments to implement, check and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Develop ideas, solutions on products, services and briefs for the technology product team to meet the requirements of the project, the business department, deploy and monitor the project.
MARKET ANALYSIS; REPORT
Organize market research activities of the projects in charge (Planning, selecting partners, organizing and supervising implementation...).
Collect information and process information about the market, consumers, competitors... from there, propose solutions for Marketing activities.
Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose solutions
Budget management.
Yêu cầu
Education: University degree in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Affairs or related majors
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and experience in fast-moving consumer goods companies (FMCG)
Data analysis and processing skills, report building, data-driven thinking.
Understanding of UI/UX is an advantage.
Multitasking with diverse departments.
Self-directed, creative and able to work independently to focus on results.
Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet, Outlook...)
