Mô tả công việc
● Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as stakeholders.
● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and
ensuring technical feasibility.
● Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
● Ensure project quality according to company standards
● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project staff.
● Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to company procedures.
● Report and escalate to management as needed.
● Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
● Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
● Have a regular university diploma or equivalent degree.
● Have at least 2 years of experience in project management or 1 year of experience participating in
project bidding.
● Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
● Proven working experience in project management.
● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email.
● Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
● Experience in team management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in managing projects in a technology or software development environment.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
