Job Purpose
- The job holder is responsible for providing the best financial protection and safety solutions to customers using insurance products and increasing the strong bond between customers and Techcombank
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Consult and Sales
Customers: Protecting the most important things for Techcombanks customers:
- Introduce and advise on the most suitable insurance products for each stage of the customers life (protection of health, family, finance, personal property, etc.)
- Give customers the best experience in terms of quality before and after sales service
- Complete all necessary documents for the Customers Insurance contract, assist the customer in medical examination, hand over the insurance document to the Customer, assist the customer in the claim procedure. submit a claim file in accordance with the regulations of TCB and the insurance partner
- Handle and resolve customers urgent/unexpected support requests quickly, promptly, and satisfactorily.
- Looking for opportunities to introduce customers to other sales forces at Techcombank (Example: TCBond investment products)
- Be the first contact for customers to contact when they arise support requests, questions and problems about insurance.
- Store and update daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales results/customer referral results from Techcombanks sales force
Service: Building and ensuring service quality, customer relationship
- Building strong and good relationships with customers, so that they always believe that "Techcombank is the best insurance product provider"
- Be the first point of contact for customers when their insurance-related needs arise.
- Ensuring the best service quality in every step of the customers journey

2. Systems and processes
- Strictly comply with Techcombanks policies on: information security, customer privacy, standards of behavior as a Techcomer.
- Comply with agreements on service quality between TCB and insurance partners.
- Comply with the process of selling and issuing insurance contracts in accordance with the standards of TCB and insurance partners

- Continuously improve knowledge và soft skills to meet the increasingly complex and high requirements of service quality, ensuring every customer is satisfied with the service provided through self-study and attend training courses

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- University graduate or higher (preferably majoring in Insurance, Banking, Economics)
- English proficiency: TOEIC certificate or equivalent according to banks requirement
Domain Expertise
- At least 08 years of experience working in the field of customer consulting in retail banking or life insurance/or experience in Priority Customer Service/or experience in
business development
