Product Strategy & Market Insights:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for securities products, aligned with CVSs goals.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Create a clear product roadmap and vision, adjusting strategies as needed.
Operational & Financial Performance:
• Oversee the financial and operational performance of securities products, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Identify product enhancements and continuously improve user experience.
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure revenue and operational targets are met.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) for smooth execution.
• Oversee testing, launch, and post-launch optimization of products.
Customer-Centric Product Design:
• Understand customer journeys and use data-driven insights to design innovative securities products.
• Continuously refine products based on customer feedback and analytics to enhance adoption.
Partnership & Collaboration:
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships in the securities industry, working closely with external partners and internal teams.
• Represent CVS in negotiations and
business development
initiatives to expand product reach.
Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all securities products comply with regulatory standards and manage associated risks.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adaptations.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree required, MBA or relevant certifications preferred;
• 5+ years of experiences in financial institutions (securities, funds, commercial banks & etc.);
• Experience in developing and co-creating product strategy (market needs, business goal, segmentation) and development to drive business outcomes;
• Practical Functional Expertise: Understanding of securities and operation to drive business outcomes;
• Prefers candidates who have experience in the product lines that relevant to e-wallet users;
• Experience working with digital investment product for massed consumer market is a nice to have;
• Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally; Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills: Able to absorb a great deal of information about the business performance, analyze the data, and make clear and useful action plans;
• Creative Problem Solving: Proven experience in solving complex problems and come up with out of the box solutions;
• Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills;
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment;
• Highly motivated, Detail oriented, Management skills, eager to learn and work hard, good team working skill.
