Mô tả công việc
Accountant:
• Manage, handle the daily operation of the accounting functions including: Invoice issuing / AR /AP / Cash Flow / Company Account / Bank, cash transaction / Check the accuracy and validity of accounting vouchers.......
• Make accounting books on Fast software. Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, Financial Statements)
• Revenue summary on E-com platforms monthly
• To prepare monthly internal reports: cash flow, budgets forecast report, Accounting report, AR/AP Ageing report,...
• Promotion program register to Industry and Trade department
• Organizing the implementation of accounting procedures and operations to meet annual Audit work.
• Responsible for accounting operations, auditing, and general tax inspections with the company and state agencies
• Support Director on build up policies and standard operation process.
• Other tasks assigned by Director
HR management: (Temporary):
• Make payroll, bonus, Calculate payment of Insurance: Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), Unemployment Insurance (UI) for employees
• Conduct the process of SI claim in case of sick leave or maternity leave
• Implementing necessary procedures of SI, HI, UI for new/resigned employees
Yêu cầu
+ University graduated, Bachelors degree in Accounting, have Chief accountant Certificate
+ Knowledge of Accounting Law, Tax, VAS and related regulations
+ English: Good command of English.
+ Over 3-5 years in accounting
+ Has experience in FMCG is an advantage
+ Positive, Responsible, Multitask, Hardworking, & Honest.
+ Male/ Female.
+ Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
+ Good at telephone, computer (Microsoft Office), word processing, email.
