Provide administrative supports to all departments within the organization in technical matters.
Maintain and manage relevant technical databases in an organized manner.
Provide periodical reports for Engineering department and Sales.
Translate of on-demand documents.
Other tasks as assigned by the manager

If you can do everything listed above, youve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
Proven work experience related to Technical Clerk, Administration or Customer Service...
English skills is equivalent to TOEIC 500 (at least)
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Have programming skill is a plus (C#, VBA, VB.NET, Python,...)
Teamwork, autonomy, carefulness, detail and customer-oriented
Good prioritizing, organization and communication skills
Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open-minded and ability to work under pressure
