Working Directly with a foreign CEO and help him into all Aspects relating to manage both his own requirements as well as his relationship with all team
So you must have an excellent English Skill level in both writing and conversation
You need to act as CEO Personal Assistant for all his aspects in day to day life.
Arrange and attend all CEO meetings, events and visits.
Act as advisor for CEO about Vietnamese culture and how to deal with staff
You need also to have a direct contact with each single staff have an idea about his work scope and all his problem and work in solve his problem and increase his productivity , report or escalate to CEO whenever necessary
Fully responsible about recruitment process include prepare/update OD, JD, Job Post, Collect and review CVs with CEO, arrange interviews, translate during interview for CEO, negotiate and discuss Job offer, manage fully onboarding for staff
Prepare all required documentation for staff such as Job offer, leave request, etc..
Book keeping of all staff documentations
Suggest and prepare any event , exhibition related to staff
Develop and lead all initiatives related to enhance corporate environment
Update / Develop Company Policy, regulations, attendance regularization
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication, Problem solving, commitment and attention to details.
- Ability to communicate with team and help in having better connection
Experience in a similar position is highly preffered

- Salary: 8 - 10 million VND/month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
