Mô tả công việc
1. Receive product information from the R&D department, then research the market and competitors to understand product requirements (technical specifications, quality, market price, etc.)
2. Search, negotiate, and work with suppliers
Search, evaluate, build networks, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate prices, delivery times, and contract terms with suppliers.
Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and delivery times.
3. Manage and track orders
Manage production progress and ensure orders are completed on time.
Check and evaluate product quality before suppliers ship.
Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure the transportation of goods from suppliers to the warehouse.
Resolve issues arising related to product quality and supplier services.
4. Work closely with relevant departments (R&D, Marketing, ...) to update information promptly and optimize work processes.
Yêu cầu
At least 1-2 years of experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain (experience working with Chinese partners or/and experience finding suppliers on Alibaba/Taobao/1688 is a big advantage).
Good negotiation ability with suppliers.
Understanding of Sourcing process, ordering, logistics, and supply chain management.
Fluent in Chinese (required), and basic English skills. Plus point: Have a Chinese language certificate equivalent to HSK5 or higher, or have studied abroad in China
Logical thinking, agile working style, responsibility, constantly learning and developing yourself.

Base Salary: 14,000,000 VND - 20,000,000 VND
Lunch allowance (40,000 VND/day of work). 13th-month salary and social insurance coverage according to state regulations.
