JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Senior Game Designer to join our new projects. Your main responsibility will be:
Conduct market research on trends and player behavior in puzzle games.
Develop game production plans.
Build game levels, evaluate/analyze, and balance gameplay.
Establish event systems, missions, and game metadata to engage players.
Monitor data, evaluate player feedback to adjust gameplay accordingly.
Analyze game metrics to propose product improvement directions.
Collaborate with Artists, Developers, and Marketing teams to develop, refine, and enhance game quality.
Yêu cầu
MUST HAVE:
Proficient in using Figma for creating use flows and prototypes.
Master game mechanics, balancing, gameplay design, and level design.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and logical reasoning skills.
Have a sense of aesthetics and high standards in game UI/UX.
Good English reading comprehension is advantageous.
Prioritize candidates with game retention over 40% on Day 1 and 500k downloads.
Preferably understand game monetization optimization.
