Develop and Manage Pricing Strategies:
Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the companys business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges in pricing.
Establish pricing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
Manage Booking and Transactions:
Oversee the booking process from receiving requests to completing transactions.
Monitor and ensure shipments are booked and transported on time and according to customer requirements.
Handle issues related to bookings and transportation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and Liaise with Suppliers:
Work closely with logistics suppliers (carriers, trucking companies, etc.) to negotiate the best prices and contract terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective and sustainable cooperation.
Analysis and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on pricing and booking performance on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
Use data and analytics to propose improvements and optimize pricing and booking processes.
Report issues and trends related to pricing and booking to management.
Support and Develop Team:
Lead, train, and develop the pricing and booking team.
Communicate goals, strategies, and work processes to the team, ensuring understanding and proper execution.
Motivate and encourage the team to achieve the companys business goals.
Collaborate with Other Departments:
Coordinate with related departments (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Documentation etc.) to ensure smooth pricing and booking processes.
Ensure requests and feedback from other departments are handled promptly and effectively.
Ensure Compliance and Service Quality:
Ensure all pricing and booking processes comply with company regulations and legal standards.
Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided to customers meets the highest standards.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing and booking, preferably in the logistics industry.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with tools and software supporting pricing and booking management.
