Receive Transport plan from Customer/Factories
Place bookings with land carriers
Coordinate with ocean carriers, ports, depots,..
Manage operational excellence, maintain high service level
Follow up/ensure data teams systems update meet customers requirements/related KPIs
Keep client informed of changes which may affect the agreed cargo planning.
Ensure all applicable freight and charges are collected fully and correctly from relevant parties (suppliers / Accounts, etc)
Ensure vendor management within your area is carried out and properly followed-up.
Contact with warehouse, carriers, trucking coordinator, etc. to ensure smooth handling of your Accounts.
Prepare operational reports assigned by
Account Manager
/Senior executives.
Update and adhere all new procedures instructed by client of your assigned Accounts.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience in trucking at least one year requested.
Good communication skills (fluent in English, speaking and writing)
Result-oriented with initiative and strong drive.
Good time management.
Be able to work independently and willing to co-ordinate with other team colleagues.
