Mô tả công việc
Key activities:
1. Be responsible for pricing and control/sourcing Shipping Line & Vendor for Ocean/Air Freight / Trucking / Customs / warehousing
2. Negotiate with Shipping lines & Vendor to get best cost, and make pricing tariff / quotation as requirement
3. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with shipping lines, suppliers
4. Looking for vendors / suppliers who match companys requirements on cost and service quality
5. Managing quotation / offer from agent network
6. Follow up with vendor to take all documents for checking details of each shipment and delivery to customer weekly.
7. Input data of shipment to company system.
8. Other tasks will be requested by line manager
Yêu cầu
1. Above full-time university bachelor degree in Logistics field.
2. 1-2 years of pricing/ customer services experience in freight forwarding industry.
3. Knowledge of handling air freight and sea freight shipments both, customs and inland transport is an advantage.
• Chinese speaking is preferable.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Vietnamese.
• Having good Microsoft office skill.
• Knowledge about Incoterms and having work experience in Logistic/freight forwarding industry is a plus.
• Can work under pressure, hardworking and teamwork spirit.
• Strong responsibility, dedication, honest and credible.
• Sincerity and long-term development of the company.
