Perform deep research in the area of cancer therapy, with the support from world-class research team spanning from Molecular Biology, BioMedical, Genetics and Bioinformatics (details on research area will be discussed in interview)
Primary Cell Culture
- Isolate, maintain, and expand primary human and animal cells, including immune cells and tumor-derived cells.
- Perform quality control and characterization assays (e.g., viability, flow cytometry, ELISA).
In Vivo Studies
- Assist in designing and conducting in vivo experiments using NSG and other mouse models.
- Administer treatments via various routes (e.g., intravenous, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal).
- Perform animal monitoring, tumor measurements, and post-mortem tissue collection.
Prepare research papers to be published in high impact journals.
Maintain detailed records of experimental protocols, results, and analyses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and troubleshoot experiments.
Adhere to institutional and regulatory guidelines for animal care and use.
Contribute to laboratory organization, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors or Masters degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field with a focus on cancer biology.
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in primary cell culture techniques (internship or participation in scientific research projects, thesis or dissertation)
Proficiency in working with in vivo models, including familiarity with IACUC protocols.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with immune cell isolation, activation, and functional assays.
- Familiarity with 3D organoid models or cancer immunotherapy workflows.
- Proficiency in flow cytometry and/or imaging techniques.
Desire to build positive values for the community.
